  Analyzing claims requests for additional time or money and making        recommendations regarding their validity and amounts that should be granted

Solving Claims Quickly and Cost-Effectively
Should a claim occur despite proactive measures, TBE provides claim resolution assistance through mediation, arbitration, alternate dispute resolution or litigation, including assisting counsel in preparation, answering technical interrogatories and providing expert testimony. For clients, TBE can also provide training on contract terms and how to implement procedures to prevent similar claims in the future.
