Over the years, TBE’s team of engineers, designers and technicians have developed a solid reputation for providing high-quality highway construction plans and
specifications for state and local clients. Our success is due in large part to in-house training led by key project team leaders.

Our continuous training enhances all members’ design skills and gives team members the opportunity to learn from each others’ on-site experiences. Our design experience includes milling and resurfacing, rural, urban and freeway projects. We use Total Quality Management Principals in all aspects of our design processes from the preparation of the scope, engineering reports through the design and specifications.
