Jerry LaMendola joins Cardno TBE to provide technical expertise in Utility Coordination and Subsurface Utility Engineering

Cranberry Township, PA – Jerry LaMendola has joined Cardno TBE, a full-service civil/environmental engineering and consulting firm with a major office in Cranberry Township, as Utility Coordinator. Formerly the District Utility Administrator for the PA Department of Transportation, Mr. LaMendola will provide utility coordination and subsurface utility engineering services for the design and construction of civil, transportation, health care, water/wastewater, and environmental projects throughout PA and other neighboring states.

Prior to joining Cardno TBE, Mr. LaMendola spent more than 26 years with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) in various roles, giving him first-hand knowledge of policies and procedures governing the state. His experience transcends lab work for product testing, construction inspection duties, permit coordination, and many years in utility relocation. These utilities include major communication, cable TV, power, oil, gas, water and sanitary sewer systems which are owned and operated by private authorities and various political subdivisions.
