PHOENIX, AZ – TBE Group, a subsurface utility engineering (SUE), utility coordination and right-of-way services consulting and engineering firm, is pleased to announce the appointment of Thomas L. Meador as Utility Coordinator. Based in TBE’s Phoenix, Arizona, office, Meador will coordinate the relocation of utilities that present conflicts and need to be relocated during major construction projects.

Meador’s career includes 32 years at Boeing (McDonnell Douglas) in St. Louis, Missouri, where his latest position was Project Manager. Prior to joining TBE, Meador worked for seven years at Qwest Corporation in Phoenix, where his experience included project management and utility coordination.

Meador attended Southern Illinois University and Washington University, and his service in the US Army included a military tour in Korea.

“With his extensive project management, utility coordination and CADD background, as well as the many relationships he has built over the years, Tom brings valuable skills and experience to his utility coordination position at TBE,” said Director David S.
