TBE Group, Announces Randy Seaver Promotion to Assistant Director

Cranberry Township, PA—Randy Seaver has been promoted to assistant director and remains senior project manager/branch leader for the Northern Region Pennsylvania office. He has worked in the civil engineering field for approximately 25 years, primarily in civil design, construction and water resources.

Randy was assigned to the Streets and Drainage Group within the previous Civil Division until 2004 when he transferred to Pennsylvania to open a new Northern Region Utilities Division office in the Pittsburgh area. Since then, Randy has established excellent relationships with PennDOT and with many of the consultants in Western Pennsylvania.
